Vikimer mutant fish is an NFT Character with human personalities; they have emerged from the deepest oceans, where radiation, in the rarest of DNA mutations, chemical waste, and strange agents have created strange humanoid fish-like people who have inherited the personalities of long-dead people but retain the purity of their hearts. Even though they speak in unknown language, they can communicate their messages, thanks to their psychic talents.
And it's a message of rebirth that they're delivering !

The Vikimer is the resistance, and their ranks and file can be found worldwide in various forms.-  Persuading people that their mission is twofold: to find happiness and protect the world in which they were born. Vikimers will expand their horizons into the land. They will appear more frequently in search of kindhearted individuals with the biggest hearts and persuade them that the Planet is essential. 

Most Vikimers can blend in with their surroundings, looking for humans and secretly showing images in their minds of what they've seen. This may not be very comforting, but we must be aware of what is happening to our Planet—a desire to compel the human spirit to think, think into caring, and care into action. So, if you ever feel repentant or guilty about what is happening in our world, consider how they might assist in their quest to return the Planet to the paradise it once was. 

The Vikimers are out there to raise awareness of our disappearing planet, doing everything they can to restore nature's ordered development cycle and save the world simultaneously. At this moment, all races would be working together. There will be no more secrets or duplicity.
